How long does a typical project take?
Most projects ship in 2–16 weeks, depending on scope. A focused automation or AI agent: 2–4 weeks. A custom co-pilot or internal AI tool: 4–8 weeks. A full custom platform or MVP: 8–16 weeks. We use AI in our own build process, which is what lets us hit those numbers without cutting quality.
What does it actually cost?
Productised offers (AI co-pilot, automations, audits) start around €8–15k for a defined scope. Custom builds and MVPs typically land between €25k and €80k depending on integrations and complexity. Team-as-a-Service is a day rate, available from a 3-week commitment. We always give you a fixed price for fixed-scope work before we start — no open-ended hourly billing.
Can you plug into our existing stack?
Yes — that's most of what we do. CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Teamleader, Odoo), ERPs (Exact, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), helpdesks (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom), Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, custom legacy systems with REST or SOAP APIs. If it has an API, we connect to it. If it doesn't, we'll find a way (or be honest that we can't).
How do you actually use AI in your own work?
Inside the team: Claude Code and Cursor for engineering, Linear AI for project management, automated test generation, AI-driven code review before every merge. Across delivery: AI-augmented architecture decisions, faster prototyping, faster review cycles. The result is the same production-grade software, shipped 2–3× faster than a traditional studio.
What happens after we ship?
Three options. (1) You take it from here — we hand over full ownership of code, infrastructure and documentation. (2) Best-effort support — a baseline monthly retainer covering security patches, monitoring and quick fixes. (3) Full support — 24/7 on-call, monthly improvements, proactive AI-driven monitoring. No lock-in: cancel any time.
Do you only build with AI, or also without?
We build what works. AI is in our toolbox, not our religion. If your problem is a clean form submission or a fast database query, we won't bolt an LLM on top of it for the look. If AI genuinely cuts cost, time or error rate, we'll use it. The decision happens in week one, before you sign anything.
